How do I enter a bill amount? Tap the dollar field at the top and type your total. The split updates instantly as you type.
How do I change the tip percentage? Tap one of the preset buttons (10%, 15%, 18%, 20%, 25%) or drag the slider to any custom amount.
What does “Round Up” do? When enabled, each person’s share is rounded up to the nearest $0.25 — useful for cash payments so no one has to deal with odd cents.
How many people can I split between? Between 1 and 30 people using the + and − buttons.
Does SplitIt save my bills? No — SplitIt is intentionally simple. Each session starts fresh. No data is stored or synced anywhere.
Does SplitIt require an internet connection? No. SplitIt works completely offline. No account, no login, no internet needed.
Does SplitIt cost anything? SplitIt is free with no ads and no in-app purchases.
